The larger, more modern facilities in Wayne will enable us to improve overall operating efficiency as well as provide for the continued growth required by our business plan.

We are pleased to announce that Product Identification Co., Inc. has acquired the business assets of Alumigraphics as of December 2006.

All efforts have been made to assure as seamless a transition as possible for our customers. The Alumigraphics name will go forward. We will continue manufacturing in the Nutley, NJ facility and the phone/FAX numbers are unchanged. Additionally, we have retained the entire Alumigraphics workforce. They are all capable, experienced professionals who share our passion for excellence in quality, customer satisfaction and service. Ultimately, it is our intention to consolidate Alumigraphics manufacturing in our larger more efficient facility located in Fairfield, NJ. All administrative and accounting functions for Alumigraphics are now being handled in Fairfield.

As a unit of Product ID, Alumigraphics is now able to offer an expanded array of products, capabilities and service all under one roof.
